I really enjoyed the overall quality. No kinks in the panels or gutter rails. The material was always dry during rainfall and neatly placed out of our way. Awesome flashing! (No leaks) When skies cleared they finished the job in a professional and friendly matter. Thank You NVRE

We were overseas when our roof needed repair/replacement. Our son contacted NVRE and they did a nice job on the roof. However, there is flashing over the portico/porch where they installed completely the wrong color. It is dark brown, sticking out like a sore thumb on our cream, beige and blue trim.

Contract was clear and communication with the company after the contact was signed was good. The crew was experienced and efficient, and very good job with the clean-up. I got onto the roof myself to inspect the job the quality of work was apparent to my untrained eye. (caulking through and complete, smooth seams and the penetrations for ventilation looked well done.
Total of five quotes over the period of two weeks. In spite of of going through the trouble of climbing onto the roof, two companies didn't submit quotes (one follow-up to each company) Quotes ranged from 3,000 to close to 10,000. NVR fell in the middle. I explored many options and quotes covered the whole range of suggested of options from recovering the roof to replacement using different options. I finally decided to have my Modified Bitumen replaced with TPO. NVR was not lowest quote for this option, but I decided on them based on what I expected pay (based on research), two recommendations and thoughtful (no-bull or condescension) from Ryan to my many questions from everything from materials, pro and cons of different options to the crew.
I contacted them when we returned and asked for them to change the color, but they did not respond or offer any satisfaction. So my advice is that you keep watch as they finish the job and make sure that they match the finish to your house.
